Chefchaouen, Morocco Otherwise Known as The Blue City

Chefchaouen is a lively and interesting city.

View from our window in Chefchaouen.

Everywhere we looked were beautiful sights during our exploration of Chefchaouen.

A popular shoe style here in Morocco

Exquisite doors and windows everywhere.

There were cats all over the city including inside the restaurants.

Interesting alleyways begging to be explored.

Part of the OAT experience is having a meal with a local family.  Mohamed and his wife were delightful hosts spending an afternoon with us answering any questions we could come up with. Of course in return, they could ask us questions.

  1. You take great pictures that show a slice of life. We really enjoyed this blue city. It has an interesting Jewish history.
